Dunk a few coffee beans in the chocolate at a time and pull them out with a fork.
Dry on wax paper.
Refrigerate if needed.

Notes
* I used Candy Wafers Milk Chocolate. This chocolate is already tempered so it will dry nicely. You can also use a Ghiradelli or Baker's chocolate; you might need to put it in the fridge to help the chocolate dry.
