Heat chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in microwave until completely melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
Combine chocolate mixture and Rice Chex until every piece is evenly coated
Place powdered sugar in a large sip lock bag and add the cereal. Shake the bag until the cereal is completely coated, and the chocolate is starting to absorb to powdered sugar.
Store in an airtight container.
