Half Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1¼ cup chocolate chips
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup and 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 6 Tablespoons milk
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line 24 muffin cups.
- Cream butter and sugars until completely combined using an electric mixer.
- Mix in egg and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press about 1.5-2 Tablespoons of dough into the muffin tins.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes, or until they are lightly browned. Don't worry if they look a little doughy in the middle.
- Cool completely.
- Cream butter and sugar together in an electric mixer.
- Add vanilla.
- Beat in flour and salt.
- Stir in the milk until the dough is completely combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Using a scooper, mound the cookie dough on top of the cookie cups.
- Voilà!
